If you ticked the "Did you rent?" checkbox, you will be prompted to fill this up which will be used to calculate your overall net profit.
Initial Principal = Down payment + One-time expenses - Grants
Net Profits = Balance cash after paying loan - Recurring annual expenses - Interest paid on loan - Additional equity from monthly mortgage - Initial principal
Cash Proceeds = Balance cash after paying loan - Accumulated CPF principal - Accumulated CPF accrued interest
If you don't key in any sale price, you will be shown the breakeven price, with negative cash proceeds and net cash proceeds.
Notes:
The 'Additional Information' section will differ based on your housing type. If you select HDB, you will be able to input your grant received. This will be factored into your final profits as the grant amount will be returned to your CPF OA upon the sale of the property.
